His wife Smriti Bawa is a architect and have blessing of two childrens, a son named Arnav, and a daughter named Saina. Ankur Bhatia's birth place is New Delhi. Bhatia was an expert in industries and hospitality.

BirdApps was established by Dr. Ankur Bhatia In year 2017, that was an on-demand marketplace for the hospitality, travel, and lifestyle sectors. He was an expert in the fields of aviation and tourism. also he was a member of the CII National Committee on Aviation, Infrastructure and Luxury Retail.
